Santa Meet & Greet at the Icy Grotto

Our Enchanted Icy Grotto returns, welcoming Mother and Father Christmas in Hawley Wharf’s Waterside Halls West from November 28th.

Families can step inside a glittering ice palace and snow lounge, complete with penguins, a polar bear and Luna the snow leopard.

Little ones can meet Mother and Father Christmas, and their visit will include:

• A goody bag present in partnership with the Toy Project Charity
• An arts and crafts workshop
• Festive face painting
• A chill-out story corner

Please allow a minimum of one hour for your visit. All ages welcome.

Please note:

• We encourage ticket booking and will operate a waiting list
• We will do our best to facilitate walk ins but there may be a queue
• Walk ins can pay with card only
• The event is fully accessible
• All children must be accompanied by their 18+ adult at all times and all adults must be accompanied by a child.
• Adults do not need to buy a ticket.
